Accessibility at MyoGo

Updated: September 5, 2026

We want parents and children with disabilities to be able to understand MyoGo and use its controls. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a target for website improvements and relevant app interfaces. This page describes available options and ways to report a barrier; it is not a claim that every activity has been verified against every accessibility criterion.

App options

MyoGo uses iOS accessibility settings, including larger text and reduced motion on supported interfaces. Parent controls use labeled native buttons and fields, including secure PIN fields that allow pasted text. You can adjust iPhone accessibility settings in Settings → Accessibility.

Camera and microphone feedback are optional. Guided follow-along practice remains available without camera access. Some games specifically depend on a facial movement, breath, sound, touch, or device tilt; availability also depends on hardware and permissions. Those activities may not be suitable or usable for every child. Choose only movements your child can comfortably perform with appropriate adult and professional guidance. Sensor feedback and game scores are not clinical assessments.

We are continuing to verify assistive-technology support across complete app journeys. We have not represented every game as fully usable with VoiceOver, Switch Control, or without its required movement or sound.

Report a barrier or request help

Email support@adecastic.com with the page or app screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistance you need. If useful, include your device, operating-system version, browser, and assistive technology. Please avoid sending a child's name, face, recording, diagnosis, PIN, or recovery code.

You can also request help reading a policy, managing a subscription, or using a parent control. We will review your report and work with you on a practical response. This contact option does not limit any right or remedy available to you.

For information about how correspondence is handled, see our Privacy Policy. App use is described in our Terms of Use.
